Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
Short Supply offers free shipping within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer free shipping to these U.S states or territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau.
Our products ship from Raleigh, North Carolina. Please note that domestic shipping with USPS priority mail usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Orders will typically ship the next business day, excluding US holidays.
International orders will be charged shipping based on location, package weight and the most competitive rate available. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office. We cannot be held responsible for customs or delivery delays once the package reaches your country.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Please note an order can only be cancelled before it ships. Should you want to cancel the order, please contact us at email@example.com as quickly as possible, and we will process a full refund to your payment method if the order has not shipped. Should you want to change the order, we can help you cancel the order and place a new one. Style and size availability may change during this time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a generous return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your apparel and your shopping experience. In order to receive your refund, please note that the product must be unused, not soiled, returned with tags attached and in the original packaging. The return must be initiated and processed by the shipper (typically USPS) within 15 business days (includes Saturdays) of your receiving the item. We cannot accept returns and issue a refund once the tags have been removed, if the garment has been soiled OR if the 15 working day return period has elapsed.
Please contact us for a return label and we shall promptly email one to you. For domestic returns, repackage the item and request a USPS pickup. Alternatively, you may drop off your return at a post office. Domestic return postage will be charged.
International returns - Please contact us and we'll provide you with instructions and a shipping rate on your return. International orders can be returned within 60 days of original purchase and will be charged return shipping.
WANT A DIFFERENT ITEM OR SIZE?
If you'd prefer another style, please initiate a return as explained above using the original packaging and place an order for the new item. The return will be processed once the item is received. Apparel sent back for an exchange must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and undamaged. If there is a difference in price, your payment method will be charged or refunded accordingly. Domestic shipping rates will apply.
If you need a different size, we do not charge a return fee. We email a prepaid return label so you can send back the item that did not fit and ship the size requested. Please contact us for sizing advice and we'd be happy to help you!
